What size urn do I need?

Size is based on your cat's weight. The most popular sizes are:

Small (6 fl oz / 180 ml) — cats up to 10 lbs / 4.5 kg · from €49
Medium (8 fl oz / 240 ml) — cats up to 14 lbs / 6 kg · from €79
Large (10 fl oz / 300 ml) — cats up to 17 lbs / 8 kg · from €109

How long does delivery take?

Standard: 10–25 business days total — production ~3 days, plus shipping 5–21 days depending on destination.

Expedited (+€100): 7–10 business days total — production within 2 days, express courier.

Typical regional times (standard): EU 5–10 days · USA & Canada 10–18 days · Australia 12–21 days.

Is the name engraving really free?

Yes — always. Your cat's name and dates are engraved into the base of every urn at no extra cost. Enter the text you'd like at checkout. No fine print, no upgrade required.

Is the urn safe for cremation ashes?

Yes. We use Premium PLA filament — plant-based, non-toxic, and completely safe for long-term contact with cremation remains. Each urn has a sealed base for secure containment.

My cat's breed isn't in the catalog — can I still order?

We're always adding new breeds. WhatsApp us or email us and we'll let you know if yours is coming soon. Many customers with mixed-breed cats find that a Domestic Shorthair or Domestic Longhair urn captures the look of their cat well.
