Every urn we create begins with your photograph and ends with a hand-printed sculpture that looks like your individual animal — their colouring, their markings, their shape. Not a generic cat. Not a standard dog silhouette. Yours.
✨ What Makes This Urn Different
Truly custom — not a template. We don’t use pre-made molds. Every urn is a new 3D design, built from scratch using your pet’s photo as the sole reference. We work with up to 4 custom colours to capture their exact appearance and markings.
You see and approve the design before we print — always. Once our designer has completed the 3D model, we send you a full digital render for your review. You can request changes at this stage — adjustments to colours, details, pose, anything. We do not begin printing until you are completely satisfied with the design. No surprises.
Printed in premium PLA. We use Bambu PLA filament — one of the highest quality materials in professional 3D printing, known for its vibrant colour accuracy, structural strength, and smooth finish. Plant-based, eco-friendly, and built to remain beautiful for decades. We also use other competitive premium PLA filaments of equivalent quality.
Your pet’s name and dates — engraved free on every urn. Every urn includes free personalized engraving of your pet’s name and dates, beautifully integrated into the base of the piece. No add-on fees, no extras — it is included as standard because a memorial without a name is not truly personal.

🛠️ How to Order — Step by Step
Step 1 — Choose your urn size Use the size guide below to find the right capacity for your pet’s weight. If your pet was between sizes, always choose the larger one.
Step 2 — Add your personalisation In the order form, enter:
- Your pet’s name and dates for engraving (included free with every urn)
- Any colour preferences or specific design notes
- Your phone number (required for delivery tracking)
Step 3 — Upload your photo Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet. The better the photo, the more accurate the likeness. Multiple angles are welcome. We will reach out if we need more.
Step 4 — We design, you approve Our designer builds your pet’s 3D model and sends you a full digital render within 2 business days (24 hours for expedited orders). Request any adjustments. We refine until you are fully satisfied.
Step 5 — We print and ship Once approved, production takes approximately 7 days (3–4 days expedited). Your urn is carefully packaged and shipped worldwide with full tracking.

Will the urn look exactly like my pet? The urn is a stylised 3D artistic interpretation — not a photographic copy. We capture your pet’s breed, colouring, markings, and character using up to 4 custom colours. Most customers are genuinely moved by the likeness. You will always receive a full digital render to approve before we print, so there are no surprises.
What photo should I send? A clear, well-lit, in-focus photo showing your pet’s face and full body. Natural daylight works best. Multiple photos from different angles help us capture more detail — send as many as you like. We will contact you if we need anything additional.
Can I request design changes after seeing the preview? Absolutely. The preview stage is exactly for this. Request adjustments to colours, markings, pose, or any detail — we refine until you are satisfied. We don’t print until you give us the go-ahead.
Is the urn safe for cremation ashes? Yes. Bambu PLA is a non-toxic, food-safe, plant-based material. It is completely safe for long-term contact with cremation remains. The urn features a sealed base for secure, permanent ash containment.
What if my urn arrives damaged? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a full replacement at zero cost to you — no questions, no conditions. Damaged urns are covered completely.
Can you make an urn for any breed? Yes — any dog, any cat, any breed, any size. We have produced urns for everything from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, domestic shorthairs to Maine Coons, and many mixed breeds. If you have an unusual breed, send us a photo and we will work with it.
Do you ship to my country? Yes — we ship worldwide from Tallinn, Estonia. If you have a question about delivery to a specific country, contact us and we will confirm.
What if I’m between two sizes? Always choose the larger size. It is better to have extra capacity than to find the urn is too small.
How does the expedited service work? Select the expedited add-on on this page before adding to cart, or contact us directly. We move your order to the front of the queue — design preview within 24 hours, printing completed in 3–4 days, shipped by express courier for an estimated total delivery of 7–12 days.
What happens if I don’t respond to the design preview? We will follow up after 2 business days. If we receive no response after 5 business days, we will proceed with the approved design on file. We recommend responding promptly so your order is not delayed.
